Pastor Terry Howell

 

Pastor Howell is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and majored in Accounting at the West Virginia Institute of Technology. He attended the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary where he started work on his Master’s degree. After feeling a call from God, Pastors Terry and Debbie Howell started Living Water Fellowship in November of 2000. Under their direction, Living Water Fellowship has experienced tremendous growth in a short amount of time. The first service had 60 people in attendance while today's attendance is over 1400 and growing. Pastor Howell has a diverse background in business operations and pastoring. This experience includes Director of Operations for an Arby's franchise, District Manager of Taco Bell, Arby's Restaurant owner and Senior Pastor of Dickson City Assembly for 13 years. Pastor Terry and Debbie were married in August 1974. They have 2 children, Terry Jr. and Kristy, and 5 grandchildren, Leaira, Terry III, Landon, Seth and Angelia.

 

 

Pastor Debbie Howell

 

Debbie Marie Williams was born August 8, 1955 in the beautiful state of West Virginia. She was the seventh of eight children born to Hattie and Jim. At the early age of eight, Debbie received a word from the Lord confirming her calling to the ministry and telling her that she would reach the Nations for Christ. This was the beginning of her walk and growth in God as she was submerged in all areas of church life. Debbie married Terry Howell in August, 1974. She is now the mother of two children and grandmother to five. Both of her children have served in full time ministry and all four grandchildren are serving the Lord and active in the local church. She also served as Vice-President and co-owner of two Arby’s Franchises. It was during this time that God called Terry and Debbie to pastor. They served with pastors for 8 years training for full-time ministry. They pastored together at Dickson City Assembly in Scranton, PA for 10 years. God then opens doors for a challenging move to Florida to give birth to and establish Living Water Fellowship in Kissimmee. Debbie has served the past 14 years as co-pastor with her husband. Their church has grown to a congregation of 1400. Over the years, Pastor Debbie has prepared herself in many areas of ministry to further advance the Kingdom of God. She has served as the Women’s President in the local church and the Women’s Coordinator for Section 6 in Central Florida. She has also served as Missionnette coordinator, Children’s Pastor, public speaker, administrator, and director of ministries. She is gifted in the areas of leadership, coordinating ministries, public speaking and the prophetic. Debbie attended the Berean School of the Bible, completed Women's Ministry Training and Missionette Leader Training through the Assemblies of God. Pastor Debbie is an example of service, leadership and excellence in the Kingdom of God and His ministry.
